Step by step guide

Below is a step by step guide which walks you through the journey that you will take if you book surgery though Lotus Medical International.

Step 1
You will need to fill out our general 'Enquiry Form' and submit it to us to initiate contact. You are under no obligation to make a booking with us at this time.

Step 2
When we have received your 'Enquiry Form' we will send you an estimated cost for your surgery package. For an accurate quotation you will then need to send us two photographs and our completed 'Medical Questionnaire'. You are still under no obligation.

Step 3
We will discuss your information with the surgeon we feel best fits your needs. You will then receive an 'On-line Consultation' outlining the surgeon’s advice, medical advice and any risks. Along with this you will receive an accurate quotation. Again, at this stage you are under no obligation.

Step 4
If you decide you would like to accept our advice and quotation and make a booking with us we will send you a 'Booking Form'. At this stage you will be asked to pay a 10% non-refundable deposit by bank transfer to Lotus Medical International's (LMI) bank account. Then we will send your full 'Itinerary' and your own personal Lotus Medical International assistant will contact you to introduce themselves.

Step 5
You should then make your travel arrangements to come to Thailand and Koh Samui. If you need any assistance your LMI assistant will help you with this.

Step 6
Four weeks prior to you travelling to Thailand you will be sent a final invoice and asked to pay the full balance for your package to LMI. This will need to be paid in full, three weeks before you travel.

Step 7
Once you arrive on Koh Samui your personal LMI assistant will meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel. They will advise you when you need to be taken to and from your medical consultation and surgery and arrange this.

Step 8
Relax and unwind in the beautiful surroundings of Koh Samui as you recuperate from your surgery. During this time your personal LMI assistant will be on hand at all times to help with anything at all you may need. They will even call and visit you during your stay unless requested not to do so.

Step 9
Your assistant will collect the ‘new you’ and take you to the Koh Samui airport fully rejuvenated to start your journey home to your friends and family looking and feeling fabulous!
